The Socialist Campaign Group of Labour MPs has issued a new statement in addition to the statement they issued last week on the leaked report. The new statement adds calls for the issue not to be kicked into the long grass, but be resolved quickly, to focus on the content rather than the whistleblower(s), immediate suspension of staff involved in abuse, and guarantees of disciplinary action.
